I had an afternoon at the seaside......
...Except that this beach was actually the south bank of the Thames, between Waterloo and Blackfriars bridges.

- I am now retired after a full and enjoyable career, latterly spent at the BBC. I am enjoying a different pace of life, and doing many things I've always wanted to do.
